Are all the products designed by Store Express?

Yes, all our products that we sell in Europe are designed by our own design team.

What do you mean when you say that Store Express products are 'Modular'?

Modular means that all our shelf racks and display cabinets are highly customizable. Not only size and colour, but also type and amount of shelves, internal options like hanging rails and hundreds of other options are available.

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we can either design and produce display furniture from scratch or we produce or enhance the plans that you already have. Our in-house design team is specialized in designing shopfitting equipment and we have several teams available in different fields to tackle your request. I like one of your display shelving or cabinets, but I would like a different configuration from the ones you have on the website, is that possible?

Of course! All our shelving is modular, so we can add, change and subtract parts without issues. Let us know what you want through our contact form and we will get back to you within one business day.

Where do you produce your products?

We produce our products with 25 partnering factories throughout Japan, China and Taiwan.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?s intended for?

Every production partner has its own QA officer available at the premises to check the final quality of the products. Occasionally we also do spot checks on batches at our own logistics centre in Japan.

How do you ship your products in Europe?

We ship from a Nippon Express logistics centre in The Netherlands. The final delivery to your home is done by either TNT or UPS and takes about 3-4 days from the date of order.

How do you make sure the package arrives on time and at the right place?

Nippon Express is an world-wide renowned and reliable logistics partner. We strive to continuously improve our delivery times together with them. We always ship with a tracking number and require the recipient to sign for the delivery to minimize wrong deliveries.

What do I do if I lost the assembly manual?

We would love to come by and lend you a hand, but unfortunately that is not possible since we're just a small company. However, you can get English speaking phone support during business hours.
